Rupexo Account Deletion

This page explains how you can request deletion of your Rupexo account and all associated data.
Rupexo allows users to permanently delete their account either directly from the app or by contacting our support team.
1. Delete Via App
Delete Your Account from the App
You can delete your account directly from within the Rupexo app:
- Open the Rupexo app
- Go to Profile
- Tap on "Delete Account & Data"
- Confirm your request
Your account and all associated personal and financial data will be permanently deleted.
2. Request Deletion via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us.

Please include your registered email address in your request.

3. What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Account information (name, email)
- Financial records (income, expenses, transactions)
- Uploaded receipt images
- App usage data
All user data associated with the account is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered once the deletion process is completed.
4. Deletion Timeline
- If you delete your account from within the app, your data is deleted immediately.
- If you request deletion via email, your request will be processed within 7 days.
